Mr. Terenzi concentrates in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, workouts, loan restructuring and all manner of commercial litigation. He heads the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights Practice Group.
Ron Terenzi is a founding partner at Terenzi & Confusione, P.C. Mr. Terenzi has been practicing law for nearly 25 years serving the legal needs of commercial clients and the business community. He has written articles, appeared on news programs and before professional organizations, as well as having chaired continuing education seminars on bankruptcy and business law topics. Mr. Terenzi also serves as a mediator and an arbitrator for the Commercial Division of the State Supreme Court, Nassau County, as well as for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
